Chocolate cake

This is a chocolate cake that is more sustainable for your body and the planet. 🙂

Base

  • Choose between 200 g wheat flour or 100 g almond flour and 100 g rice flour.
  • Cocoa powder 2,5 tablespoon
  • Bakings soda 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • Choose between 90 g maple syrup, honey eller agave syrup.
  • Almond milk 200 g

I blend the ingrediens in a food processor, you can also use a handblender. Set the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. In the meanwhile, make the glaze.

Glaze

  • Cocoa powder 2 tablespoon
  • Dates 150 g
  • Dairy free butter 70 g
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • Almond milk 100 g

Put the glaze in the refrigerator glasuren i kjøleskapet. when the base is finished, let it rest for a while. Then pour the glaze on the cake and make it pretty. Let it be in the fridge for about an hour.
